In an effort to continually provide excellent service, in particular, service requests for existing customers, we have added e-mail requests as an option. If you already have an active account, you can e-mail (rather than phoning in) the following information:

Service Request

State whether Dump & Return (you need the bin back), Dump & Final (you are finished and we should take the bin away) Dump & Relocate (you want the bin returned to a different spot)
Please provide purchase order number, pick up or drop off instructions, etc.

We will return a confirmation e-mail. Please provide 24 hour (next day) notice for service. We may be able to make exceptions for same day if the request is received early enough in the day. This depends on driver availability, location and schedule, and varies day to day.
