API Waste Services is a roll-off
dumpster and recycling company providing waste management services on California’s Central
Coast starting in1989. We provide roll-off waste dumpsters and recycling bins in Northern Santa
Barbara County (Santa Ynez, Buellton, Los Alamos, Lompoc, Vandenberg AFB, Mission Hills,
Santa Maria, Orcutt, Guadalupe, & Tanglewood) and most of San Luis Obispo County (Nipomo,
Arroyo Grande, Grover Beach, Shell Beach, Pismo Beach, Avila Beach, San Luis Obispo, Morro
Bay, Cayucus, Cambria, Atascadero, Santa Margarita, Creston, and most unincorporated areas
around Paso Robles).
We lease roll-off dumpsters and bins to our customers who fill these bins with waste and/or recyclable materials.
The material we collect is hauled to all of the local landfills, recycling centers, and material recovery facilities. In addition to utilizing all of the local facilities, API Waste Services shares in the operation of a construction and demolition separation facility to recover recyclable materials and save valuable landfill space. Both SLO and SB County and most local municipalities have enacted recycling ordinances, which require contractors to recycle or divert 65% of jobsite waste away from the landfills. API Waste Services has worked in conjunction with the California Integrated Waste Management Board, the Integrated Waste Management Authority, San Luis and Santa Barbara Counties, and our local cities to offer contractors service with certified full compliance for recycling plans and disposal reports. Mixed C&D loads can earn up to 75% credit, while concrete, wood, green-waste, asphalt, cardboard, drywall, and metals can be site separated and achieve 100% recycling credit.
We offer complete waste management services for commercial, industrial, agricultural, residential, construction and demolition customers.
The products we offer include a wide array of roll-off refuse bin sizes (10 cubic yards to 40 cubic yards), balers, compactors, tilt hoppers (small dumping trash bins), etc. We can rent, lease or sell these products and provide services to suit our customers’ needs. API Waste Services currently operates 12 roll-off trucks and services over 650 roll-off bins and related equipment.
